Redbrook Hayes Community Primary School

Uniform

We are proud of our school and the incredible learning community to which we belong. We show this by wearing our uniform every day. This is available from local stockists (see below), and includes our logo and vision ‘Limitless Possibilities’.

For boys, the expectation for uniform is as follows:

  • Smart black shoes (not trainers, and with no visible logos etc.);
  • Black or grey trousers, or black or grey shorts in the summer;
  • White polo shirt or formal shirt (with a collar; does not have to include the school logo);
  • School jumper (with school logo), burgundy colour;
  • White or black socks

For girls, the expectation is as follows:

  • Smart black shoes (not trainers, and with no visible logos etc.);
  • Black or grey trousers or skirt; summer dresses with gingham-style pattern in summer (any colour);
  • White polo shirt or formal shirt (with a collar; does not have to include the school logo);
  • School jumper (with school logo) or cardigan (with school logo preferably), burgundy colour;
  • Tights should be white, grey or black; socks should be white or black.

PE Kit

Learners all require suitable PE kit, in order to access the wealth of opportunities in physical education across the school.

PE Kit should include: Red logo/Red t-shirt, black/ navy shorts and trainers, as well as a black/navy tracksuit suitable for learning outdoors. For Key Stage 2, who complete PE activities in all weathers, a lightweight waterproof and a carrier bag for muddy trainers is also requested.

 A note about earrings: Please ensure that ear piercing is arranged at the start of the 6 weeks holidays, as children will need to remove earrings for certain PE activities and swimming lessons.
